​To hold your new home: Please print out the application and addendums (all three pages), fill out completely and submit to the office with your holding fees (the non-refundable administration fee or $75 and application fee of $35 plus $15/each additional adult). Initial fees and deposits (your move-in costs) must be paid by certified funds (cashier's check, money order or credit card only). Our office does not accept cash. Make sure to fill out the application completely and sign all three forms at the bottom. We will also need copies of valid, state issued ID's and proof of income. About Our Risk-Free Waiting List
Since our popular community generally stays fully leased, our risk-free waiting list option gives you an advantage over waiting and "taking your chances" that we'll actually have an apartment available when you need it. To join our waiting list, you simply put down a small open deposit of $75 plus the application fee and let us know your preferred move-in date. As our current residents begin to submit their vacate notices, anyone already on our waiting list is called and offered those units before anyone walking in off the street. This process is "risk free" in that, if we don't have the style of home you wanted at the time frame you needed, then we refund the open deposit back to you. This process also locks in our current market rates and any specials at the time you put down your deposit. Contact us at 520.881.2220 with any questions you may have.

From I-10, exit onto Prince Road heading east. Take Prince road to Campbell and make a left. Head to our address on the west side of the street.
